The Optimist Club of Malta has launched the first project in Vittoriosa. Way back in June the club has contacted Mr John Boxall, Mayor of Vittoriosa and asked him if as a local council they are interested in this educational project. Mr Boxall accepted immediately and even offered the club a venue to hold this project. The Ikber Magħna is being held at the Auberge d’Angleterre.

On the 3rd September 2021 the Optimist Club of Malta together with the Vittoriosa Local Council signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the presence of the Minister of Education, The Hon Dr Justyne Caruana.

The project is going to be held on Tuesdays and Fridays between 16:30 hrs and 18:30 hrs and has started on 28th September 2021.
